Prince Haya Military Hospital covers a total built-up area of 42,000 m² across 11 floors, designed to accommodate 300 beds and provide state-of-the-art healthcare services to the region’s residents.

The facility includes an emergency department, operating theaters, clinics, patient wards, administration offices, radiology and imaging units, obstetrics, gynecology, and neonatal units, laboratories, pharmacy, dialysis center, ICU and CCU, as well as central kitchen, laundry, MEP systems, and a helipad, all developed to meet high standards of efficiency and sustainability.
