Project Overview
The project comprises a comprehensive educational complex consisting of several specialized buildings and facilities:
Kindergarten & Elementary School (Co-ed): A two-story building covering 10,000 m².
Secondary School for Boys: A dedicated building with an area of 10,000 m².
Secondary School for Girls: A dedicated building with an area of 3,000 m².
Educational Center: A 10,000 m² facility housing main laboratories, three libraries, a central kitchen, and a full athletic center featuring swimming pools and an indoor sports hall.
Student Housing: A 5,000 m² dormitory complex accommodating 1,000 students (45 residential units).
Services & Parking: A dedicated services floor and parking structure with a capacity for 300 vehicles.
Outdoor Facilities & Landscaping: Includes handball, basketball, tennis, and football courts, integrated with a 25,000 m² public garden.
Infrastructure: Includes a 2,500 m sewage network serving the complex.
