Description of Project:
The project involves the supply and installation of ductile pipelines, including 25,265 linear meters with a diameter of 600 mm and 12,297 linear meters with a diameter of 900 mm. It includes the design and construction of a water pumping station covering all civil, structural, and electrical works. The facility features a water hammer protection system and a SCADA system. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a collection reservoir with a capacity of 5,000 m³ and a storage reservoir with a capacity of 2,000 m³.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Arab Dar:
As "The Engineer" on-site, our role encompassed:
Design Review: Conducting comprehensive reviews of detailed designs, shop drawings, and method statements.
Contract Administration: Managing claims, variations, and certifying monthly progress payment certificates.
Technical Supervision: Overseeing all civil, mechanical, and electrical works, including the commissioning of the pumping station and SCADA integration.Quality & Handover: Auditing as-built drawings, finalizing O&M manuals, and ensuring adherence to technical Standards.
Environmental and Social (E&S) Safeguards: We ensured full compliance with the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).
