Job Announcement – Infrastructure Project in Zarqa
We are looking for qualified professionals to join our team for a major infrastructure project located in Zarqa, Jordan. The following positions are available:
1. Team Leader (Project Manager)
Location: Zarqa
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure projects
-
At least 5 years in a management role on similar projects
-
Strong knowledge of infrastructure design standards
-
Proficiency in WaterGEMS software
-
Languages: English and Arabic
2. Senior Engineer
Location: Zarqa
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure design
-
At least 5 years in a similar role on comparable projects
-
Skilled in using WaterGEMS software
-
Languages: English and Arabic
3. Hydraulic Modeling Expert
Location: Zarqa
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements:
-
B.Sc. in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering or a related field
-
Minimum 12 years of experience in drainage and water/wastewater network design
-
Experience in road infrastructure and hydrological analysis
-
Knowledge of mitigation measures and design standards
-
Proficient in WaterGEMS software
-
Languages: Arabic (English is a plus)
4. Environmental Specialist
Location: Zarqa
Employment Type: Full Time
Requirements:

B.Sc. in Engineering or Environmental/Social Sciences
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in preparing ESMPs and environmental/social safeguard documents
-
Familiar with international financial institution (IFI) environmental and social standards
-
Experience with World Bank safeguard policies is a plus

Languages: English and Arabic
5. Social Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Zarqa
Employment Type: Part-Time
Requirements:
-
Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in social assessments, preferably in water sector projects
-
Familiarity with local social and cultural contexts
-
Ability to assess risks on vulnerable groups and develop mitigation measures
-
Experience with social safeguards (e.g., World Bank or similar institutions)
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Languages: English and Arabic
