Military Hospital Project – Zarqa City
The Military Hospital Project in Al-Zarqa City is a landmark healthcare development designed to deliver comprehensive and advanced medical services to the region. The project spans a total built-up area of approximately 155,000 m², featuring multiple specialized facilities, support buildings, and infrastructure systems built to the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Main Hospital Building
The central hospital structure covers 97,000 m² across 11 floors, including Emergency, Admissions, Inpatient Wards, Operating Theaters, Intensive Care (ICU), Cardiac Care (CCU), Radiology and Imaging, Endoscopy, Catheterization, Nuclear Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, Obstetrics, Neonatal Care, Fertility, Physiotherapy, Dialysis, Mortuary, Laboratories, Blood Bank, Pharmacy, Records, Medical Gas Systems, Sterilization, Laundry, Central Kitchen, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Waste Management, IT and Communications, and Administration.
Outpatient Clinics
A 21,500 m² building comprising 111 specialized clinics distributed over 6 floors, providing outpatient care across a wide range of medical disciplines.
Residential Complex
A total built-up area of 25,300 m² distributed over 5 buildings, accommodating 430 rooms with a total capacity of 1,170 beds. The residential facilities include multipurpose halls, gyms, lounges, reception areas, kitchens, outdoor courtyards, playgrounds, and general services.
MEP Services Building
A dedicated 3,500 m² facility hosting all major electromechanical systems supporting the hospital’s operation.
Administrative and Auxiliary Buildings
A total of 7,500 m² distributed over 7 buildings, providing essential management and operational services.
