01Who we are

Arab Dar Engineering Company (ADEC) is an architectural and engineering consultancy based in Amman, Jordan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through arabdargroup.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. We act in line with Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.

02Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus limited usage data if you accept analytics cookies.

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, position, optional LinkedIn link and message, and the CV you upload.
• Emails and calls: whatever you share when you write to or call us.
• Analytics (only if you accept): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and an anonymised IP address, collected through Google Analytics.

03How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, review job applications, run and improve the website and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

04Consent and legal basis

You give us your information voluntarily when you submit a form or email us. Analytics cookies are switched on only after you accept them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

05Cookies

The site uses two kinds of storage:

• Strictly necessary: remembers your cookie choice and the intro animation so the site works as intended. These do not track you.
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) that help us understand how the site is used. They are set only after you select Accept.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.

06Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed: Wix (hosting and storage of form submissions) and Google (Analytics, Maps and fonts). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

07Transfers outside Jordan

Our providers may process data on servers outside Jordan. We choose established providers and share only what is necessary.

08How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We may keep job applications for a reasonable period to consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the website forms.

10Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to info@arabdargroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

11Children

The website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.

12Links to other sites

The site links to external sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
