Project Description:
Project Location: - The project is located on the Amman-Ramtha Road inside the campus of Jordan University of Science and Technology
Project Components: - The project consists of completing the construction and maintenance of three adjacent buildings in one site, which is covered by a ring hall (Forum) with a total area of buildings (18511 m2) and centered by a circular celebration square (4400 m2) with the accompanying external works according to what is specified in the project plans and document.
Completing the Central Library Project Building Modern central library building with a total area (11388 m2) consisting of 4 floors, basement level, ground, first and second with a future expansion of the third and fourth floors with a staircase repeater floor and elevator machines on the roof and is equipped with BMS building control system.
Completing the building of the halls complex:
The classroom building, laboratories, amphitheater and faculty offices building with a total area of (4271 m2) consisting of (2) floors, which are the ground floor and the first floor.
Completing the building of the Deanship of Student Affairs Deanship of Student Affairs Building includes classrooms, administrative offices, dean's office, bowling hall, showrooms, games and music rooms with total area (2852 m2)
Complementing the Forum Forum
The ceremonial center square (4400 m2) includes pre-cast concrete tiles, flower beds and general site coordination
Finishing facades: - four facades Of stone with glass and celestial lighting.
External Works:- Yards, corridors, sidewalks, parking lots, mechanical and electrical rooms, in addition to infrastructure works and coordination of the general site as specified in the plans
